This six-storey residential building in Surrey City Centre will feature 51 rental apartments, two levels of underground parking, offering 57 spaces for residents, with ground-level units seamlessly integrated into the streetscape. The main entrance of the building is located at the intersection of Old Yale Road and future 133 Street.
The building is constructed with structural steel and light-gauge steel studs, an unusual material choice for this type of project. Our energy advising scope of work includes verifying the Step Code thermal requirements for the building envelope, conducting whole-building energy modeling, and performing air-tightness testing to ensure compliance with energy efficiency standards.
